About
Amazeballs Herps is a small hobbyist breeding business that believes in quality over quantity. With a small collection and a discerning eye, we plan our pairings based on the quality and health of the animals, not solely on the potential for eye-catching color and pattern. Our two divisions work closely together to achieve this goal, one based in Illinois and the other California.
Currently we are focused solely on ball pythons but we are making plans to expand in the near future! Expansions include blood and short tailed pythons, leopard geckos, and much more. If you have any questions about our animals or our practices please don't hesitate to ask!
Store Policy
Amazeballs Herps will never knowingly conduct business with minors (under 18) without direct, confirmed parental consent. Buyer is responsible for providing information that is truthful and accurate to the best of their ability. Transactions made under false pretenses will render all guarantees, exchanges, and refunds immediately null and void. Accepted payment methods are through PayPal and cash in the event of a local pickup.
Shipping is available to the lower 48, weather permitting, and will be done via FedEx Priority Overnight. In the event that an animal cannot be shipped due to weather, the seller will continue to keep and care for the animal until the weather is appropriate for shipping. Shipping fees will apply, to be paid for by the customer. If for any reason the buyer requests a change be made to the shipping label after it’s been processed, the buyer is responsible for the cost of a second label. Cost is determined by the weight of the animal(s) and buyer location.
We will ship to a residence or to a nearby hub at the request of the buyer. Animals must be picked up from hub no more than two hours after arrival, or all health guarantees are null and void. Seller must be notified of any DoAs no more than six hours after being received. Clear pictures must be provided of the animal in question to receive any form of refund. Payment plans are available on anything over $200, with a non-refundable deposit to be determined on a case by case basis. This deposit will guarantee a hold on the specified animal for a predetermined amount of time.
Should the buyer be unable to complete a payment plan or accept the animal, they are responsible for communicating clearly with the seller regarding the situation. After thirty days without payments or communication from the buyer, all payments made will be forfeit and the animal will be placed back for sale with store credit being issued to the buyer. The reptile you purchase will be the exact animal pictured. Sex, health, and genetics are guaranteed for all of our animals. Amazeballs Herps reserves the right to refuse a sale at any point for any reason.
