Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 60 and 90°
Someone must be home at the delivery address within given time frame .If package is left while noone is home,I am not responsible for any problems that can occur
We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.
If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability.
For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of delivery.
