Our Terms, Conditions and Guarantees:
*All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, captive born, parasite and disease free, feeding on whatever we have stated, and are the same animal as in the picture and description!(No photoshopped reptiles here!)
*All snakes are guaranteed to be sexed correctly, (unless otherwise noted.)
*Will not guarantee temperature determined sex (T.D.S) leopard geckos, although T.D.S. is very accurate it is not 100% foolproof.
*Any genetic hets. and/or visual morphs that we produce are correctly identified. (unless I can’t definitely Identify, in which case I will state that and price will reflect that) All possible hets. cannot be guaranteed to carry said trait, obviously. All reptiles are guaranteed to have the genetics we state!
Accepted payments:
*At this time I can accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal freinds & family, Cashapp, WESTERN UNION money orders, walmart to walmart money transfer. I will not ship or give reptiles to you until funds are cleared by my bank.
*Contact us before sending any payment to guarantee availability of your desired reptile.
*Payment Plans:
Payment plans are offered on animals valued above $1000 with a 30% non-refundable deposit. The rest of the payment within a 30 day(max) period to pay. Animals will not be shipped until the plan is paid in full.(No exception’s) If the purchaser fails to pay in the time agreed upon, or cancels the sale you will be refunded all but your initial down payment of 30%(no exceptions)
*In case of trades I will not ship first, and will verify sex of reptile as agreed upon, as well as receiving signed papers on any het. genetics, before shipping to you.
Shipping:
I am allowed to ship live reptiles only overnight air, using only approved FedEx certified shipping companies, shipped from my hub to your local hub, Tuesday and Wednesday only. This guarantees your package should arrive no later then the next day in most cases.
I only use the approved shipping boxes, with all legal lables, and info. Depending on temperature I may include a heat pack at no charge to you.
I may decide not to ship if the temperature is below 40 F. or over 95F. The health and well being of the reptile comes first!
All Shipped reptiles are guaranteed to be alive, and healthy. (As long as you are there to receive the shipment the first time!)
I can also ship to a major fed-ex hub for you to pick up.
You must check your reptile as soon as it arrives, If there is a problem I need to be contacted immediately (within the first 2 hrs. of delivery.) In case of suspected injury or D.O.A. We may request the shipping back of the reptile, and/or pictures. As well as your veterinary papers if you took the reptile to the Vet. (All at your expense.)
*After the first day (24hrs) after you receive the reptile we can assume no further liabilities, as we can not be responsible for the care the reptile is receiving after arrival.
Shipping cost is usually at least $65 but can and will vary depending on weight/size of box and your location.
** You, the buyer/recipient are responsible for all state/local laws regarding ownership, or possession of any reptile received from me!**
