Store Policy

TERMS
No animal is considered sold until payment is received. A non-refundable, 25% deposit will hold any animal for 30 days. Payment plans are available and must be agreed to beforehand. All monies paid(including but not limited to the deposit and payments) are non-refundable.

We only ship on Monday through Wednesday. No exceptions. The safe arrival of our/your animals is our most important consideration.

Live arrival is guaranteed with temps above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees on both ends. Package must be signed for on first delivery attempt or guarantee is void. All animals held for pickup at a FedEx center must be picked up within 2 hours of being available or guarantee is void. Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of package being signed for.

Animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed and as described. Genetics are guaranteed for life. Sex must be verified within 30 days of delivery.

Trades are always welcome for high end ball pythons or non animal items. We do not ship first in trades. Once your trade item is received in "as described" condition, we will ship our end out the same day(if it's Tuesday or Wednesday) or next shipping day(if it's Thursday).

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
