Welcome to Grey Room Xotics! Here at GRX we are more than just a ball python enthusiast and breeder, we are a family who loves every minute we get to spend with our amazing animals. Our love for ball pythons began in 2016 when we purchased our first ball python, Sylvester. It did not take us long to realize we had a passion for our snake, and we began adding to our collection. As many enthusiasts know once you start adding to your collection it is difficult to put a limit on it. Since we began, we have grown a lot and have learned a lot through tedious research and talking to different breeders.
Our animal’s health and wellbeing come first, and we firmly believe in caring for our animals properly to ensure good health and longevity. To some enthusiasts breeding ball pythons is simply a job, for us it is more than that. It is a passion. We have fell in love with producing our own ball pythons. The sky really is the limit and each genetic plays a special role in making up the morphs of our beautiful animals. We have produced beautiful and unique ball pythons and are excited to continue our passion and share it with you!
Being able to produce quality healthy animals that our customers can be proud of and enjoy is the most rewarding part of our journey. We have dealt with many different breeders and have found that customer service is truly the most important aspect of this industry as a breeder. Store Policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We guarantee sex, genetics, and health of all animals unless otherwise noted. No animal will be sold unless he/she has successfully consumed five (5) meals on their own.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Live arrival is guaranteed with temperatures above 40°F-90°F. The package must be signed for on the first delivery attempt. Upon the arrival of your animal, it is your responsibility to check the animal. Live arrival guarantee is valid for 1 HOUR after the delivery to a residence. Animals that are shipped to a FedEx facility must be picked up within 2 HOURS of the delivery. There will be no exceptions.
In the event there is a delay in shipping due to the carrier or a delay in shipping due to a re-route as a result of an incorrect delivery address the live arrival guarantee will be VOID.
Dead on arrival (DOA) claims require pictures with a screenshot showing the time/date, and MUST be reported within the 1 hour time period of the FedEx time stamp of delivery to your residence or within the 2 hour time period of the FedEx time stamp of when the customer signs for the animal(s) at the FedEx facility. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. DOAs are a rare occurrence that we take seriously and can be prevented by keeping track of and knowing when your animals will arrive.
SHIPPING
Shipping is $65 flat rate to anywhere in the United States (with the exception of larger/breeder animals due to their weight). Multiple animal purchases will qualify for a discount rate. Shipping will be FedEx Overnight Mondays-Wednesdays whichever days we can establish that customers will be available to receive the package and will be in accordance to the weather conditions at the facility and the customer’s location. This is for the safety of the animal itself and will be no exceptions.
Shipping is FREE on any order over $1,000.
Local pickup is always encouraged for FREE. GRX will not lower the price of the animal(s) to accommodate travel for local pick up, we hope you understand.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All animals are for sale until a full payment or deposit is received. Once a deposit is received the animal’s listing will be changed to “on hold”. In the event that more than one customer contacts GRX to place a deposit on the same animal the person with the earliest time stamp will have the first option to place a deposit. However, GRX will respond to each customer. Also, the animal(s) will NOT be shipped/picked up until they are paid in full, no exceptions.
All customers MUST BE at least 18 years of age or older to place an order.
PAYMENT PLANS
We offer 3 payment plan tiers ALL with a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
30 Days (Minimum Purchase of $100 required)
60 Days (Minimum Purchase of $750 required)
90 Days (Minimum Purchase of $1500 required)
It is NOT the responsibility of GRX to reach out to you, the customer, to remind you of the expiration of the agreed payment plan. If you fault on a payment plan for any reason you will forfeit any amount you have paid towards the animal including the deposit, GRX will NOT issue a refund, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you change your mind about the original animal, you placed a deposit on and/or made payments towards you may transfer any extra payments towards the original animal to a new animal.
All orders will come with a printed invoice stating the animal(s) genetics, sex, hatch date, current weight, last meal date and type, and date of last shed for your knowledge and records.
