Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 30 and 95. Email us with a zip code for a quote.

Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.

We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.

If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.

For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of delivery.
