My name is Cindy Newton and I am an animal lover. I have been involved in this hobby since 2013, though I have kept reptiles all my life. I worked for a decade as a USFWS field biologist, and also as a zoo keeper, and vet tech. through the years, and use this experience to best care for my animals. All my pythons receive f/t rats and mice, live mice, and live rats to reduce the incidence of picky eaters. I also raise my own rodents so I know I am providing my snakes with the healthiest food possible, and I only buy and keep captive bred animals from the U.S. My new hatchlings are handled gently from the beginning to produce gentle snakes that are easy to work with and handle. The baby snakes I put up for sale are not "products" to me, so all potential buyers must be willing to answer some questions before purchasing one of my animals. THE WAY TO REACH ME IS THROUGH EMAILS. I will not sell a snake to a person who knows little about these animal's housing, temp, and food requirements, UNLESS they are willing to research and ask questions. I love talking to reptile lovers, and will be happy to talk to you about a set up, feeding, and heating and humidity requirements prior to buying a snake from me. I am happy to answer any questions or concerns before and after a sale. I promise that I will not place a snake up for sale unless it is 100% healthy and feeding voraciously. I will supply ample information on what it eats, how well it feeds, weight, and any eccentricities it has so that you can make the decision if it is the animal for you. Thank you for your interest, and check with me regularly. I put babies up for sale only after they have consistently been eating for a few months.
Store Policy
Please read the following and agree to all terms and conditions before you commit to a transaction. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a snake from me.
Payment must be made in full before any animal will be shipped to you. Payments must be through PayPal.
Shipping cost are usually added to price listed with a flat $50 for hatchlings, $60 for sub-adults and $75 for adults. Live delivery is guaranteed. I ship Monday - Wednesday evenings, so let me know what is best for you and we will come up with a date. This guarantee is ONLY VALID if you are at your residence to sign for the animal on FedEx's first attempt to deliver, or within 3 hours of arrival at a FedEx hub. If you see problems with the animal upon delivery, please contact me within 4 hours of delivery.
All health issues must be reported within 24 hours, and virus test results outside that time period will not be considered. In order to be protected in this event, the buyer must take the swab and package it up for the lab, with the shipping label, within 2 business days of receiving the animal. Photographic evidence will be required. In addition, any positive test results must be reported within 4 weeks of the time that this test kit was shipped.
If for some horrible reason the animal is dead on arrival, contact me immediately. Pictures and/or videos of the deceased animal will be mandatory for a full refund or replacement with a similar animal. If temperatures are under 40 degrees, over 90 degrees Fahrenheit, or extreme weather conditions are forecasted, I will ship the animal to your nearest FedEx hub. If the buyer refuses these safety precautions, and declines shipment to a ship center, then the live delivery guarantee is waived. I will require your decision in writing via email.
I guarantee that any animal sold is properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed, I will ask you to photograph or video tape the sexing of the animal. If you are correct, I will send you a shipping label to return the animal. I will offer you another animal, if one is available, but if you do not want another animal, I will send you a shipping label and you can return the animal. Once delivered, I will refund your money.
PAYMENT PLANS (2019 revision)
I am happy to work with you on a payment plan, but due to problems with some customers not paying me on time or at all, I have revised my policy. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the purchase price is mandatory for placing a hold on any animal. Shipping cost will be added to the cost of the animal and as part of your payment plan, and 25% deposit will be figured from that total.
Payment plans are as follows (updated July 12, 2019):
$200 - $250 = 25% of the full purchase price (including shipping cost added) will be a non-refundable deposit to hold an animal, and the remaining balance must be paid off in 30 days. I will send you an invoice with amount due and the due date, if you choose.

$251 - $375 = 25% of the full purchase price (with shipping cost added) will be a non-refundable deposit to hold the animal, and you have 60 days to pay your balance. BUT a payment must be made each 30 days.
Payment as Follows: Month one, 50% is due (25% deposit and the remaining 25% within the first 30 days). Month two, 50% is due 30 days after your last payment. I will supply you with an email that outlines your due dates and payment totals due. If you do not send the payment by the due date, I will email you as a reminder. If the payment is not made within a week of the due date, with no response to emails I send, the snake will be placed back on MorphMarket for sale. If you had made additional payments, that amount can be used for a future purchase (excluding the deposit, which is non-refundable), but no money will be refunded. So please take this into consideration before you commit.
$376 - up = 25% of the full purchase price (with shipping cost included) will be a non-refundable deposit to hold the animal, and the full balance paid off in 90 days. Payments MUST BE MADE EVERY 30 DAYS.
Payments as follows: 25% is due immediately to hold the animal, and the remaining 8% is due within 30 days of your initial deposit payment (equaling 33% for the first month). Then 33% is due each 30 days for the next 2 months. Payments MUST be made monthly and by the assigned due dates. I will send you an email with the due dates and amount due after you make your deposit. If you do not send the payment by the due date, I will email you a reminder. If the payment is not made within a week of the due date, the snake will be placed back on MorphMarket for sale. If you had made monthly payments, that amount can be used for a future purchase (excluding the deposit, which is non-refundable), but no money will be refunded. So please take this into consideration before you commit.
Holding a snake: If weather makes it impossible to ship your snake, I will care for it with no additional cost until the weather is appropriate. We will regularly talk through email and decide on a date when conditions improve. I ship only Monday - Wednesday.
