We are a husband and wife team that have a true passion for animals, at the top of that passion we have found great joy in the Morph Ball Python , and Crested Gecko! Like most people in the industry we started out with a simple small collection that grew over time.We wanted to be a larger scale breeder but just did not see it in our cards ,it was a lifelong dream that I just wasn't quite sure how to reach. Eventually... a life-altering car wreck paved the way for us, I was no longer able to continue my duties as a construction foreman and Kari was supporting us.I needed something!! That's when I realized the negative situation I was in was actually leading me to the positive situation I had wanted for so long! So we started and didn't look back!!!
** Our breeding colony grew out from a hand-picked collection of only the best examples I could find, with each purchase I sought out what I thought to be the best of each gene that I had an interest in !!

Store Policy
**STORE POLICY/ SHIPPING -
Shipping is via Fedex Overnight to anywhere in the continental US!! We are Fedex certified but usually prefer a third party like Ship Your Reptiles or Reptiles Express (witch use Fedex Overnight also) as our primary way of shipping due to better shipping rates and the ability to insure a package!!
Orders $1,000 or over ship for free!!! No matter how many animals you purchase!!
** TERMS OF SERVICE/ SALES/ SHIPPING
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE -
I guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly and animals shipped to your door are signed for and received on the first delivery attempt. If for some unfortunate reason you receive a dead on arrival animal it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to provide us with photographic proof the animal is dead. If you need time to get a camera or charge your phone to take a picture etc. Please contact us within the hour to let us know of the d.o.a. so that your live arrival guarantee is not void. In the event of a d.o.a. if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be issued including the shipping !
** TO YOUR DOOR SHIPMENTS -
It is the buyers responsibility to be present to receive the package or designate somebody to be present to receive the package once a shipping date has been agreed upon. Live arrival guarantee is void on shipments not signed for and received on the first delivery attempt.
** TO YOUR LOCAL HUB SHIPMENTS-
It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup between 8:00 and 9:30 A.M! Live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 5 hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.
**PROPERLY SEXED GUARANTEE -
I guarantee that any animal sold as a male or female has been properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed we will be glad to provide a shipping label to return the animal. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available then a FULL refund shall be issued!!
** PAYMENT PLANS -
We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you can not pay in full right away.
Payment plans typically require a 25% non refundable deposit. We do not hold animals without a deposit for more than 24 hours,if a full payment or a deposit is not made within that 24 hour period the animal will go back to available status! Special needs,request,or exceptions may be entertained , JUST ASK and let me know from the BEGINNING! (I will always try to help if I can!)
* under $250 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 2 weeks
* under $500 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 4 weeks
* Between $500-$750 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 45-60 days .
* Between $751-$1000 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 60-75 days .
* Over $1001= 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 75-90 days .
*** The remaining balance will be split into 4 and will be due in 4 equal payments unless another agreement is reached between us during the first conversation following the reciept of a deposit.
* Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full !!
* Now....I have to say this as much as I hate it but I have been wronged in the past and after many lessons learned I now know that Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 25% non refundable deposit and any money on the balance after the 25% will go towards credit on a future purchase.** No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances. **
**** Please understand how unfair it is to me and my other customers If I am turning down possible upfront cash sales or truly intrested clients all because you decided to commit to something without having thought it thru, do not commit to purchasing and animal then try to back out after a month or two , it causes me to lose money and usually a customer or friend because when I say no , I become the bad guy ! Let's avoid this situation please,do your research and make sure of what you want before committing! ( It's YOUR WORD that I except ! I don't run credit checks! )
Also I am not here to try to hurt you or make a bad situation worse, I understand that during a 45 or 90 day period things may happen I will always try to work with you as long as your doing the same. Variations of the set payment plan schedule is on a case by case situation so don't hesitate to Contact Us if you have any questions or would like to further discuss your payment plan options.
