Store Policy
Holds
Snakes are sold on a first come first serve basis. To hold a snake we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Until we receive payment, we cannot hold any animal for any reason.
Payment Plans
We can offer a 60 day payment plan for the convenience of our customers. Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and payment in full within 60 days. Whether you make a payment every week or payment in full at the end of 60 days is up to you. If payment in full is not made within 60 days we reserve the right to put the snake back up for sale. Your previous payment(s) will be issued as a credit towards the purchase of any other available snake in our inventory.
Payment
We accept cash, check, bank transfer or payment via PayPal. Under no circumstances will we ship a snake without payment in full. If you choose to pay via check we ship once the payment has cleared our bank.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $50 ($100 for adults) but will be waived on orders over $500. Snakes will only be shipped weather permitting. We guarantee live delivery as long as someone is available to sign for the shipment. All snakes are guaranteed to be healthy and correctly sexed. As a courtesy, we would appreciate a quick email to let us know the snake arrived safely and that you are happy with your purchase. We strive to make sure that all of our customers are happy. If there are any problems with the snake we must be notified immediately.
