Store Policy

We accept Paypal FF, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, personal checks, money orders or cash. The fastest way to receive your new animal is to use Paypal FF. Purchases made with personal checks will be held for a minimum of 7 business days before shipment is sent. Cash sales for in-person purchases only, please do not send cash through the mail.

Payment Plans:

These are available for nearly all of the animals we offer for sale. Please contact us if you would like to reserve an animal.

After you contact us and we agree on a time frame and payment schedule, all you have to do is pay as agreed. We will keep the animal you have reserved and continue to care for and feed it. If you are unable to pay as agreed, please contact us. Occasionally life throws curve balls. We may be able to renegotiate your payment schedule. If we have another buyer waiting for the animal you reserved, you may use the credit towards another animal that we have available, but all payments are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal as promised.

Packages:

We definitely like to put packages together for customers and we will work with you on a discount if you do purchase multiple animals. Besides, buying more than one at a time will help save on shipping costs.

Shipping:

Shipping is a flat rate of $65 per box, except for adult animals. We ship priority overnight through FedEx ONLY. Overnight shipments will only be sent Mon - Wed and we reserve the right to delay shipment if the weather is unfavorable. This is not limited to very low or very high temperatures. Widespread storms, flooding and large wildfires can severely delay shipments and put animals in transit at risk

When you receive your animal….please check it immediately! We ask that everyone receiving a shipment from us notify us of safe arrival as soon as you can.

Genetics are always guaranteed. We also guarantee live arrival. If you have any concerns regarding a new animal, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
