Store Policy

Here are our Terms Of Service (TOS).

*We guarantee live arrival, genetics (if we produced it), health, and sex. Live arrival only upon first attempt and buyer is there to receive the package, please notify when you receive the package and that you are satisfied or otherwise. The animal is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy (live arrival and health guarantee, the health guaranteed for up to 1 week after that we cannot guarantee its health since it's not in our care and we don't know how its been cared for since.)

*We will not sell to minors. Must be 18 years or older to purchase. (This does not pertain to the purchase of merchandise, this is for animal sales.)

*We have the right to refuse a sale based on our own discretion, if we feel an animal won't be cared for properly would be one example.

*If DOA notify immediately with proof! If DOA and its our fault, you will have the option of a replacement animal (shipping on us) or a full refund.

*Payment will be through PayPal. The animal(s) and shipping must be paid in full before shipping!

*Payment plans are welcome. There is a 25% non refundable deposit to hold the animal(s). In the event you make a deposit or purchase and You back out of the deal, All but 25% will be refunded. Should we decide to back out of the deal, all funds will be returned to the buyer.

**Always be sure to check your current state and local laws to be sure what you are purchasing is legal in your area, we will not be responsible for you buying an illegal animal and not checking laws before hand. If such an occurrence takes place, you pay for return shipping and we refund all but 25% of the cost of the animal.

*These terms are to protect us in the event of a bad buyer and also protects you should we go back on any or all guarantees written. We strive to do Good Business and want a steller reputation. "It doesn't matter how much good business you do, It's how you handle it when it goes wrong."

TOS may be edited at any time (we will not change them on you in the middle of a transaction, don't worry), please check the TOS before purchase and make sure you agree. Once payment is sent you automatically agree to our terms whether they were read or not.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
