METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal, Venmo & Cash (Cash is Local Pickup Only) Can also send a Quickbooks invoice which gives the option of multiple payment methods . Buyer must be 18 or older to purchase. When submitting payment please include in the notes section the animal(s) IDs discussed, the ship-to address (address will be used for residential shipments or compared for the closest hub) & a contact number to include with the shipment. Invoices can be sent with Email & Phone Number provided.

PAYMENT PLANS & DEPOSITS:

**Plans & Deposits will be subject to review after November 1st, 2021. Once we get into the busy time of year for shipments as well as the cooler months it can become questionable for the length of periods between safe ship timeframes. Additionally shipping rates adjust come the start of the new year therefore quotes from 2021 can be no longer accurate going into 2022.**

We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you are unable to pay in full at the time of inquiry. We do our best to respond to inquiries in the order they are received in. In many cases, multiple individuals are contacting on one listing at the same time. If a deposit is submitted the listing will be marked on hold & others will be informed the animal(s) are no longer available.

Payment Plan Deposits are 25% down of the total {shipping & animal(s)} requested & are Non-Refundable. We do not hold animals without a deposit. Invoices sent have a 24-hour hold for payment receipt at which point they will be retracted if no payment is received.

*Under $500 = Due on Receipt; No Deposits
*$500-$1000 = 25% deposit & the balance paid off in 30 days
*Over $1000 = 25% deposit & the balance paid off in 60 days

Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 25% non-refundable deposit

SHIPPING:
Ship Days are Tuesday & Wednesday (weather & payment permitting). Please include a ship to Zip Code at the time of contact for a shipping quote. Shipping is done through FedEx Priority Overnight to anywhere in the continental US.

Orders $1,000 & over will ship for free! Our default method of shipping is to your local FedEx Ship Center to be held for pickup as this is the safest option with the shipment of animals. We are able to ship to residential if requested & temperatures are reasonable (lows no less than 40 & highs no more than 90). Please Note: Residential Shipments are Buyer responsibility and Not covered under SYR Insurance. If there is a DOA or Late Delivery on a residential shipment these are terms in which the Buyer is agreeing to. We do prefer & request shipment to Hubs.

FEDEX HUB SHIPMENTS:
It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 3 hours of being available for pickup at the hub unless agreed otherwise.

FEEDING QUESTIONS
All of snakes listed are guaranteed to be feeding at the time they are shipped. Newly acquired snakes normally begin feeding within the first week or two. Any newly acquired snake we do recommend setting up and leaving alone to settle in for several days however it is not uncommon for keepers for attempt a feeding on receipt. In some cases the stress from shipping and being placed in a new setup or environment can sometimes make the snake go into a non-feeding mode. This is nothing to panic about and sometime that is especially common with Ball Pythons. Ideally, it’s best to get hatchlings 100g or less to start feeding within 1-4 weeks as they do not have the fat reserves to survive as long as larger ball pythons do. Older juveniles, sub adults, and adults, can go much longer and in some cases Ball Pythons may take a month or more to feel comfortable in their new conditions and begin feeding.


GENETICS GUARANTEE:

1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos we do our best to ID per the pairings however can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes.

2. Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are always FULLY guaranteed.
