I am a small hobbyist, who prides my business with quality animals. I have built my business, Exotic Reptiles Unlimited, by always hand picking high quality animals. By building Exotic Reptiles Unlimited with the business model Quality over Quantity, I am able to produce very high quality animals for my clients. I am currently expanding and starting to work with more species!
Store Policy
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Exotic Reptiles Unlimited guarantees all animals to arrive alive and healthy. Live Arrival Guarantee will be voided if the buyer does not promptly pick up the package upon arrival or received on the first delivery attempt. Multiple delivery attempts will void Live Arrival Guarantee. All Orders must be picked up or received by the buyer. Please notify me by email, [email protected], within 24 hours of arrival if there is any problem with your animal.
Health Guarantee:
Exotic Reptiles Unlimited guarantees all animals to be healthy. I have never had any problems with Mites, Upper Respiratory Infections, Lower Respiratory Infections, or any other infections/diseases/parasite. Please notify me by email, [email protected], within 24 hours of arrival if there is any problem with your animal.
Correct Gender Guarantee:
Exotic Reptiles Unlimited guarantees all animals to be correctly sexed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the gender within 24 hours of delivery. Please notify me by email, [email protected], within 24 hours of arrival if there is any problem with your animal.
Accurate Genetics Guarantee:
Exotic Reptiles Unlimited guarantees all genetics to be accurate. All Heterozygous animals will come with signed genetics. Please notify me by email, [email protected], within 24 hours of arrival if there is any problem with your animal.
Shipping:
Exotic Reptiles Unlimited ships FedEx Priority Overnight to a local FedEx hub or to your door. All animals are carefully packed in insulated reptile shipping boxes with hot or cold packs when necessary. Exotic Reptiles Unlimited will not ship during extreme temperatures under 35 degrees Fahrenheit or over 95 degrees Fahrenheit. All shipments will be rearranged if conditions are in the extreme temperature range. Exotic Reptiles Unlimited will only ship Monday – Wednesday for Tuesday – Thursday pick-up or delivery. All Orders must be signed and picked up or received by the buyer. Shipping is a flat $50. Please notify me by email, [email protected], within 24 hours of arrival if there is any problem with your animal.
Payment:
Exotic Reptiles Unlimited accepts payment by:
Facebook pay - preferred method
Money Order/Check – I also accept payment by Money Orders or Checks. I must receive a tracking number to reserve the animal or animal will continue to be offered for sale until payment is received.
All order will be shipped once payment clears. Under no circumstance will any order be shipped before full payment is received and cleared.
Deposits:
Exotic Reptiles Unlimited will accept a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit to place a hold on an animal. The deposit is necessary because all animals are up for sale until deposit, payment, or tracking number is received.
Payment Plans:
Exotic Reptiles Unlimited will accept Payment Plans with a 20% Non-Refundable deposit. The deposit is to hold and care for the animal until payment is received. Length of contract depends on balance due. Payments must be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Any payment made is non-refundable if you are unable to fulfill your original commitment.
