Store Policy
Payment plans are available upon request. A non refundable 15% deposit is due with the first installment to initiate the purchase and is in addition to the actual listed price and shipping. Payments will be divided into three to four equal non refundable installments due weekly. Shipping fees will be due with final payment. Failure to make payments on schedule without proper communication may result in additional fees or forfeiture of sale. Entering and accepting the payment plan process suggests you understand the no refund policy.
Shipping range is based on potential actual shipping based on your location and the quotes provided by Ship Your Reptiles. We ship based on recommendations from Ship Your Reptiles. Shipping days are Tuesday for Wednesday. Requests for shipping holds may require a non refundable 10% deposit in addition to the actual listed price and shipping.
We do not export. No trades please.
GENETICS: All animals will have genetics from parents listed for the buyer's reference. Genetics listed for each animal will be as accurate as possible based on parentage and visual cues. Buyers of multi-gene animals should understand that selected animals may not have every gene expected, despite our best efforts. Our hope is that we confirm as many genes as possible, listing only those we know for sure.
