We accept PayPal, Cash, and USPS Money Orders. Snake(s) will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Sex and Genetics are guaranteed unless otherwise noted. We guarantee live arrival of a healthy snake. If there is a problem, we must be notified within 48 hours of arrival. If there is a need to replace the snake, we will either issue a credit for the value or send a similar replacement at our discretion.

Shipping with live arrival guarantee is always available within the continental US as long as weather permits. We will not ship to any address other than your confirmed address on PayPal (if payment is made through PayPal). We ship Monday-Wednesday for next day arrival. You must notify us within 1 hour of delivery if a snake is dead on arrival.

Payment Plans
We offer 30 day payment plans for purchases over $200 or 60 day plans for purchases over $800 with 25% deposit. All payments are nonrefundable. If you decide you do not want the snake(s) that you put a deposit on, the deposit can be transferred to another available snake or will be forfeited.
