Store Policy
We require a 25% deposit to hold any animal this 25% deposit is non refundable
100% of the animal must be payed for before the animal is shipped / picked up
If the animal is being shipping once the animal is payed for we will send you a confirmation from the shipping company stating delivery and the shipping date
Shipping is on a week to week basis and will be weather permitting
Payment plans are available
This deposit can be transferred to another animal if the animal is available
We have 100% guarantee of live animal arrivals ( with some circumstances considered)
If the animals dies from The buyers actions the animal will not be replaced/ refunded if the animal dies from the shippers or carriers actions the animal will be replaced.

Sex at the time of purchase is 100% guaranteed
Due to the growing and changing stage of ball pythons the genes are guessed to the best of our knowledge and we try to guarantee the minimum genes the snake is listed for but some genes may vary and there could be genes at play that can’t be identified at the time of sale.
