About
Gold Geckos is a small breeder of quality reptiles. I'm a HS Biology teacher by profession and an animal lover by nature. Gold Geckos focuses on the health and genetics of our animals. We work mostly with Leopard Geckos (SHTCT and Tremper albinos/RAPTORs) and Kenyan Sand Boas, but will be expanding to some crested geckos, Fat-Tailed geckos, and western hognose snakes in the future. Our mission is to focus on the strongest and most diverse bloodlines to produce healthy stunningly colored animals. All animals can be shipped via FedEx overnight or picked up locally in Charleston, South Carolina.
Store Policy
PayPal is my preferred payment method, once you have decided to buy one of my animals I will send you an invoice via your preferred email address. Animals can be placed on hold with a 25% nonrefundable deposit (which applies to the purchase of the animal) and the deposit can be transferred to another animal I have for sale. Payment plans must be completed within the agreed upon timeframe.

All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight shipping (no exceptions). This will cost between $40 and $70 for most locations within the continental united states.
We follow the Ship Your Reptiles guidelines, which pertain to weather and animal safety.
If temperatures are below 38°F at either shipping location or the destination, we will wait for warmer weather to ship. A gecko can be held for up to 6 months.
Between 38°F and 70°F, geckos can be shipped with heating packs at my discretion.
Temperatures between 70°F and 90°F are ideal for shipping geckos.
Temperatures higher than 90°F should be avoided, and geckos can be shipped to a staffed FedEx Ship Center where they will be held until pick up, or the geckos can be shipped at a later date.
It is your responsibility to check the weather in your area prior to shipping. I will check my weather, the hub weather, as well as your weather, however, two sets of eyes are better than one.
Animal shipments may be held at my discretion for any reason such as a winter storm or hurricane.
Someone must be home to receive the gecko. If the gecko arrives dead it must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.
I guarantee gender and genetics of your animal for its entire life (Note that TSF and TSM are not guaranteed). The animal contains all genes as described with the exception of possible heterozygous genes (ex: 66% het eclipse has a 66% chance of containing an allele for the eclipse gene and a 33% chance of carrying no heterozygous genes). I guarantee that the gecko or snake will be in good health when shipped and free of diseases or parasites. I will also answer any questions about care, feeding, genetics, or breeding to any customer for life.
