Store Policy
GENERAL Terms of USE
* All animals are guaranteed to be sexed correctly, and have accepted at least three consecutive meals before being sold. Animals are feeding on live appropriately sized mice or rats (we never feed ASFs).
* We reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason as long as the animal is still in our possession.
PAYMENT
* We can currently accept payment through Paypal, credit cards, bank transfer or cash.
* New hatchlings may be held until they are eating with a 20% non refundable deposit. Full payment is due within one week of the animal becoming available unless other arrangements are made.
* We do accept payment plans for purchases over $500 with a 20% initial deposit. The total amount must be paid within 2 weeks with a minimum payment of 40% per week. Other plans may be available on a case by case basis.
* Payments and deposits are only refundable if we are unable to supply the animal. If for any reason the customer is unable to finish the payment plan, they automatically forfeit the deposit. However, any other payments may be used towards the purchase of a different available animal. There are no cash refunds on payment plans unless we are unable to supply the animal.
SHIPPING
* Animals must be paid in full before they are shipped. Reptiles are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight ONLY. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is only available when the weather is between 38F and 85F. Shipping may be available outside these temperatures on a case by case basis.
* All animals have a live arrival guarantee. In the case of a DOA or other health issue upon delivery, buyer may be required to return the animal or provide pictures/video at the sellers request before any refunds/credits are issued. Our guarantee does not cover buyer's remorse so please think carefully before you buy.
* If delivery fails on the first attempt and/or the buyer did not contact within 2 hours all, guarantees are void
