Terms of Service
You, as the buyer, agree to the following Term of Service when purchasing an animal from us. If you do not agree with these terms, then a sale cannot be completed. Once the purchase has been completed you have automatically agreed to our terms.
You must be 18+ years of age to enter into a sale with us; no exceptions.
These terms are subject to updates and the most up to date version will always be readily available.
Buyer Terms:
You as the buyer are responsible for all shipping and processing fees which vary based on zip code and method by which the animals have to be transported. You are required to be available on the date said animal is shipped and sign to confirm you have received your animal.
Shipping Terms
We at Infinity Exotics strive to get your animal to you in the safest way possible. Because of this we will not ship during temperatures that are under 45 degrees or over 95 degrees. We want what is best for our animals that will be arriving to their new homes.
Upon the animal’s arrival, please carefully open the shipping box/boxes, and inspect/examine all animals immediately upon receipt of the shipment. If you have any concerns regarding the order, you must notify Infinity Exotics within 24 hours of the shipment receipt.
In the event that you neglect to inspect/examine the animal/animal’s, and Infinity Exotics has not heard from you within 24 hours of the animal/animal’s arrival, Infinity Exotics will consider the transaction complete, and all responsibilities of the animal is transferred to the buyer. Therefore, Infinity Exotics is then under no obligation to accept return of the animal from you, and we are not obligated to provide any further compensation after this 24 hour period.
In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, proof is required. Please contact Infinity Exotics immediately and do not dispose of the animal before contact has been made. Pictures of the deceased animal are required for a replacement animal or a credit issued as the seller’s discretion.
Shipping Information:
We ship via FedEx Overnight through ShipYourReptiles.com, or ReptileExpress.com. We do not use USPS to ship snakes as it is illegal and also very unreliable and irresponsible. We do suggest you avoid dealing with anyone willing to ship live animals to you via USPS. Shipping rates vary based on zip code, but generally it starts around 60.00 USelivered to your door based off of distance to destination and also the weight of the package itself. Packages must be signed for and opened immediately. If something is wrong, Infinity Exotics must be notified as soon as possible. This is especially true if you are picking the animal up directly from a HUB.
** Please note: Shipping to your nearest HUB and having your package held for pickup there is the best and safest method for the animal. We will ship your animal in this manner whenever possible and will always recommend this option. If you choose to follow our advice, please understand that you are agreeing to arrive at your HUB by 10:30am, your local time, to retrieve your package. If you arrive later than that, and/or fail to immediately notify us of package pickup, any guarantees, either expressed or implied, will be null and void.
Refunds:
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Infinity Exotics.
If a refund of currency is granted, it will be sans 25% of the original purchase price unless the refund is granted due to an error on Infinity Exotics part.
