I got back into reptiles in late '09 but I've had the passion all my life. It all started with my first pair of garter snakes in the mid 80's and eventually some ball pythons and boas in the late 80's. I have to admit that I am my number one customer, so i breed for what i want to see in my racks. I am a big believer in quality, not quantity. I'm a small hobbyist who breeds ball pythons and hopefully boas in the very near future.
Store Policy
** PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I ONLY SHIP ON TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY EVENINGS, AND ONLY TO YOUR LOCAL
FEDEX HUB. **
Payment:
I prefer to use Square (easy Credit and Debit payments) for my sales, but also accept Venmo, Zelle, Wires, Money Orders and Certified Checks. I prefer not to use Paypal when possible. Payment is required in full prior to shipping. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Payment Plans:
Animals can be reserved with a 20% nonrefundable deposit on animals over $500 only, at full price, with the full balance due in 30-60 days, depending on the terms that we agree to. Failure to pay the balance in full within the determined terms will result in a forfeit of the 20% deposit. If I am unable to provide the animal purchased, a full refund will be provided.
Shipping:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, correctly sexed, accurately represented, healthy and feeding. Animals will only be shipped with appropriate shipping temperatures, based on my discretion. I will not risk the health of the animal by shipping during extreme weather conditions. All animals are shipped FedEx Overnight to the nearest FedEx Hub. I only ship on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. A shipping quote will be provided upon request.
Guarantees:
FedEx Hub deliveries must be picked up the day the animal arrives to the hub. If there is a DOA, you must contact me within 1 hour of delivery.
