Store Policy
Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full at time of purchase. Snakes cannot be held pending payment and a snake is not guaranteed sold until payment is made. Partial payments or payment plans are not available. Square Market and Paypal are the only accepted forms of payment. On agreement of a sale an invoice will be sent with pricing of each individual items ordered. Invoices can be paid online and the sale is not final until the invoice is paid. Meadow Oak Reptiles reserves the right to refuse any sale, cancel any invoice, refund any paid invoice, or cancel any agreement if necessary.
Shipping Terms
Snakes are only shipped with FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping via Reptilesexpress. Unless other agreements are made prior to the sale, snakes are shipped on Mondays only for Tuesday morning arrival. We cannot ship snakes if temperatures are too low or too high to ship as indicated on Reptilesexpress. You must be present to accept and sign for the shipment at the time of arrival. Alternatively, snakes can be shipped to a FedEx Hub but must be picked up within a reasonable time after arrival. Live arrival only applies to shipments accepted immediately on arrival. Claims of damage, injury, or death of a snake must be made immediately on arrival of the snake. Only the actual cost of shipping is charged to the customer. Shipping supplies are included in the price of a snake and no additional charges are made for supplies. Snakes are shipped from California and shipping charges are specified in each listing.
Other Terms
All sales are final once payment is made. Please ask all relevant questions prior to making a purchase. We do our best to accommodate all requests and answer questions promptly. Due to high volume of inquiries we may be answering and/or completing purchases on snakes and responding to or have outstanding invoices on the same snake at the same time. To guarantee the purchase of a snake please make payment promptly after receiving your invoice. Invoices are automatically cancelled if not paid within 24 hours after being sent.
