About
We are a small hobby reptile breeder based in New Jersey that specializes in Leopard Geckos, Crested Geckos as well as other lizards, and snakes.
Store Policy
Our reptiles are available on a first come first serve basis. If one of our animals interests you, please contact us to secure your order or place a 25% deposit.
Payment Terms:
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from us.
We accept payments by Cash, Pay-Pal, and postal money orders
A hold can be placed on any animal with a 25% non-refundable, but transferable deposit. Full payment must be received within 30 days or your deposit will be forfeited.(unless prior arrangements are made with NBR)
Shipping Terms:
Buyer pays exact shipping, and the animal or animals must be paid for in full before it is shipped. Once payment has been received and processed, we will contact you to coordinate shipping. Once shipped Tracking numbers will be provided so that you can check your package's delivery status.
We guarantee live arrival within the U.S. (But only if someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Packages left outside will not be guaranteed.and/or if any shipping problems are not reported by email or phone within one hour of the delivery time), We also guarantee the health of your gecko(s) for 7 days from the time you receive it, as long as proper husbandry is provided.
We ship via FED-EX Priority Overnight, Monday-Wednesday (please allow 48 hours to make arrangements).
We ship our geckos in Styrofoam insulated boxes, with heat packs or cool packs, as needed.
Shipments will be postponed if weather conditions are bad. We will not ship in temperatures below 40F or above 90F,
Due to the chance of fatal delays, we will not ship, Thanksgiving week or from December 12 to January 1.
Please inform us of any problems immediately so we can solve them with you. Your satisfaction is our top priority
