Neon Reptile is an up-and-coming leopard gecko breeding operation. We deal with high quality genetics and producing healthy animals is our top priority.
Store Policy
Payment
Payment must be given in full before shipping arrangements are made. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal. All payments are transacted through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to make a purchase with us. To purchase one of our geckos, contact us by email and payment will be arranged.
With a 20% nonrefundable deposit of the total purchase value, geckos can be held for up to 30 days. Payment must be completed by the end of the 30 day period. After payment is completed, the gecko must ship within the next 30 days. We can not hold purchased geckos for longer than this 30 day period.
Shipping
After full payment has been received, we will contact you by email to arrange the best day for shipping. Shipping is offered Mondays and Tuesdays for arrival the next day. The cost of shipping cost will depend on your location.
Temperature policies:
We will not ship geckos out when the temperature high in either the origin or destination is below 38° F or above 100° F.
If temperatures in your area are between 92° and 100° F, the gecko must be held at a Fedex Ship Center facility for pickup.
Shipping may be delayed in order to wait for more favorable shipping conditions, for the needs of the individual animal, or for personal reasons.
Guarantees
Health: Our leopard geckos have a health guarantee of 30 days. Any problems with the gecko should be brought to our attention immediately. We offer email support in order to help evaluate any problems with the gecko. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
Shipping: Geckos are guaranteed to be live on arrival after shipping. Someone must be present at the place of delivery in order to receive the package. If someone is not present to receive the package, this guarantee is void.
Sexing: Leopard geckos listed as either “male” or “female” are guaranteed. Geckos listed as “TS (temperature sexed) male” or “TS female” are not guaranteed because temperature sexing is not 100% accurate.
Genetics: Leopard geckos are guaranteed to be listed accurately. Disputes with the genetics of our geckos will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Temperament: Temperaments are very individual to each leopard gecko. If this aspect is important to you, we recommend discussing it with us over email. We are a small business and know our geckos very well, so we can match you with a gecko of your desired temperament upon request.
