Store Policy
Store policy. I am willing to deliver locally in the Central Florida area. Shipping is done through Ship Your Reptiles (which is FedEx Overnight), and is based on your zip code. I ship Monday through Wednesday. Any DOA requires IMMEDIATE notification and a photograph. I highly prefer to ship to the nearest FedEx Shipping Center and hold for pickup, but I am able to ship to a residence or business if the buyer can guarantee that someone will be there to receive package on the first delivery attempt. Ship Your Reptile guidelines require that daytime high temperature must be between 38-91 degrees to ship to a business or residence and temperatures 92-100 MUST ship to a FedEx Shipping Center. Temps over 100 cannot ship. Send us your zip and what you are interested in and we will provide you a shipping quote.
I will hold any snake for 90 days with a 20% non-refundable deposit.
I will hold any snake for no more than 3 days upon notification that a check or money order is in the mail.
PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards through square. We also accept PayPal through invoice, Cash app payments & Apple pay.
