Store Policy
Listed prices do not include shipping costs. All animals are shipped via SYR or RE. Shipping carrier will be determined based on the most affordable price. Animals will be shipped on the business day following payment (weather permitting).
All snakes are brought up and fed live rodents (feeder size determined by reptile size). Any issues or concerns that may arise must be brought to the attention of POL as soon as possible and will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Prices are firm. However, discounts may be provided based on order volume.
Acceptable forms of payment include Paypal and credit/debit cards.
Payment plans are available with a 25% deposit. Deposit must be paid in full in order for animal to be held. Animal will only be held for the duration of time agreed to by both parties. Deposits on arrangements that have not been satisfied within the agreed time frame are to be considered nonrefundable.
