Welcome to Powerline Reptiles! We began keeping Ball Pythons in 2011, and we breed investment quality designer ball python morphs. All of our animals are thriving on frozen/thawed rat prey items unless otherwise noted. We care for our collection at our facility in Salisbury, NC where we practice top-notch care practices. This includes strict quarantine, testing all new additions for common diseases, and periodic testing of our collection as well. We have a proven record of providing healthy and beautiful animals to customers across the world! We look forward to finding great homes for our animals, and we'd love to hear from you.
Store Policy
Thank you for your interest! You came to the right place. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a reptile from us. We are in the business of making people happy, and we hope to keep a good reputation through transparent business practices. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the terms, and the buyer is held accountable for all information within:
-Shipments are sent out on Tuesday for Wednesday arrival via FedEx priority overnight. We make every effort to plan shipments so that they arrive the next day, but there are rare occasions when FedEx has issues that affect arrival time and date.
-Please clear your schedule from the morning until 3:00PM on the day of delivery in case of delay, but shipments are typically delivered by 11 AM or 1PM if you are in a rural location.
-FedEx Ship Center pickup is preferred, and depending on the weather, it may be required as this is much more safe for the animal. If you are unsure of the location of your closest FedEx Ship Center or require at-home delivery, please let your salesperson know before payment. They will provide more information.
-For door-to-door shipments, you must be available to accept the package. All shipments must be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival.
-For animals you requested to be held for Ship Center pickup, you must pick up the animal by 12pm or within 3 hours of the package’s arrival.
-In very cold or very hot weather, we may determine that we must wait for better temperatures before shipping. Shipments made under these conditions are at the sole discretion of the buyer.
-If you feel that the animal is not in good condition upon arrival, notify us within an hour of receipt of the animal. Please call and email or message on Facebook or Instagram. In the heartbreaking circumstance that the animal is dead on arrival, and shipping policies were followed, you will be given a full refund. If a health issue develops over time, please let us know as soon as possible. If the issue is our fault, we will make it right. If the issue is not our fault, we would still love to help you figure it out so that the animal can make a speedy recovery.
-If you pay a deposit to hold an animal, that deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is compensation for possible sales we may have missed while the animal was on hold. Deposits go toward the final cost of the animal.
-All sales are final. We do not offer refunds apart from those mentioned above. Please be sure the animal you purchase is the one you want.
-The legality of owning a reptile in your state and/or city is your responsibility. It is not possible for Powerline Reptiles to know what rules exist for where you live, so you will need to determine if owning a reptile in your area is within the law.
-We do not sell reptiles to persons under 18 years of age unless a parent provides consent.
-We have gotten very good at identifying genes in every combo we sell, but due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, even with our experience, we cannot always guarantee perfect accuracy of Incomplete Dominant (Co-dom) genes in all animals. Feel free to ask us if we could guarantee the animal in question. We can at least have a discussion about markers present in the animal, and in most cases, we can agree on a guaranteed ID. It is your responsibility to start that conversation because otherwise we will assume you agree with our morph ID based on our pictures.
-Visual Recessives, Het Recessives, and correct gender are always FULLY guaranteed
