About
'Puget Sound Pythons' began back in 2009 with the purchase of my very first Morph Ball Python from Royal Constrictor Designs. Prior to that I worked with and bred colubrids, Tokay Geckos and Leopard Geckos for years before knowing that reptile keeping and breeding was something people actually did ha. Since then my collection has grown, while it remains small I still strive to produce healthy quality animals for their future homes.

Store Policy
We will not be allowing residential shipping, only fedex hub to fedex hub to ensure the safety of all animals.

All listed prices do not include shipping costs. Please email me in order to get a shipping quote.

25% nonrefundable deposit is required for all purchases - to help prevent "buyers remorse". This applies to all purchases.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are given at our discretion.
25% nonrefundable deposit must be put down to hold any animal.
The remaining balance will be paid upon the agreed date and time as discussed. We do not relinquish any animal(s) until full payment is recieved in our end.
Shipping:
We only ship Mon-Wed hub to hub. Unless a Holiday falls on that week we will discuss another date for shipment.
Temps to ship must not exceed 90 degrees F or fall below 40 degrees F. We will work with a customer to ship on a date with appropriate temps.
We ship FedEx overnight only. We can not be held responsible for shipping delays or damage due to fedex handlement.
Upon the agreed date to ship, we confirm via email, IG message, FB Messenger or text with the buyer the day of shipping. If the buyer does not confirm (by 2pm PST) the shipment on the date agreed upon the sale is void. No refund will be issues. If however, we need to reschedule, the buyer is fully responsible of giving us a 24hrs notice or sale is void.
Upon arrival to shipping hub center, proof of identity via govt. issued ID is required to receive the package. If for whatever reason you need someone else to pick up your package you need to notify us ASAP, they must have proof of government issued ID to pick up from the hub.
If the animal is Dead On Arrival (DOA) you must contact us within one hour of the animals arrival to the hub with physical evidence of the parished animal(s). Video and pictures are required.
Local Sales:
We do allow local sales, meet up date and times are at our discretion but we will work with potential customers to ensure a smooth transction. Before meet up we do request a 25% non refundable depsoit to ensure the buyer will show. We accept payments via Cash, PayPal (F&F only) and via Square (with additional fee). We encourage local sales and always meet in well lighted and public locations to ensure safety for both parties. If you are picking an animal up locally we ask that you provide your own transportation bin or pillow case, acception is at the Reptile Shows we attend. We will provide a transport for you then.
Genetic/ Sex & Health Guarantee:
We guarantee the health, sex and genetics of all animals produced here at Puget Sound Pythons to the best of our ability. If there is any discrepancies in genetics we will disclose that information to the buyer before payment is sent.
Due to multiple external factors out of our control we can not guarantee the health of any animal once it arrives to the customers possession.
All sales are final.
We do not issue refunds unless the above DOA criteria are met.
All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Payments towards an animal that has not been shipped are transferrable to another available animal if there is a valid reason (i.e. animal passes away before payment plan is finalized) or a credit up to 1 year after initial payment is sent (i.e. sent payment 8/7/2019, you have until 8/7/2020 to utilize the credit.)
We will not ship until full payment of animal is received and processed on our end.
We will not ship any animal until we have agreed on a delivery date and all terms disclosed above are met.
We do not approve sales to minors (18y/o), however if you are a minor we can complete a sale if the purchase is made by the legal guardian who has signed off on the sale. Proof will be required.
Please remember we are human, please be kind, courteous and respectful. We both have day jobs and sometimes are unable to communicate with customers due to other responsibilities. Puget Sound Pythons is not a brick & mortar and we do not allow customers to our facility due to biosecurity concerns. If you are local and wish to meet an animal in person before purchasing please contact us and we can arrange that.
By purchasing from Puget Sound Pythons you are agreeing to the above policy. If there are any questions, comments and/or concerns regarding our policy they need to be addressed before purchase of animal(s) to ensure full transparency.
