Store Policy
CUSTOMER PROMISE- All animals are 100% healthy and feeding unless noted otherwise. We offer a live arrival guarantee as long as there is someone to accept the package on the "first" delivery attempt. Failure to be available to accept the package on the "first" delivery attempt "VOIDS" the live arrival guarantee. All/Any claims must be reported immediately and all claims are handled with either replacement or credit.
REFUNDS- We do not issue refunds of any kind. All deposits are non refundable unless other arrangements have been previously made.
SHIPPING- We ship door to door using SYR. All sales are + shipping unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees vary animal to animal and location to location. Please request a quote before committing to purchase an animal. Shipping is overnight M-TH with the last delivery day being Friday of each week. There is a $5 fee for processing and materials on every order.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT PLANS- We do accept deposits and payment plans. Option #1. 25% down with full payment due in 30 days. Option #2. 50% down with full payment due in 45 days. All deposits and payments are non refundable unless other arrangements have been previously made in advance.
