To purchase an animal, please message us to arrange payment and shipping. Overnight shipping is available through Reptiles Express, Reptiles2you, or SYR. We accept payment through PayPal and Square. We guarantee the health of our animals 100% and are always able to answer questions.
Please know we cannot 100% guarantee the sex of an animal labeled "temperature sexed" until they reach a certain size. Animals labeled "unsexed" were incubated in a mid range temperature that could produce male or female animals. Please know that mack snows or any snow cannot be temperature sexed even though they were incubated at a certain temperature. They can go either way. No promises are made for those sexes. We are not responsible for dropped tails during shipment. Even though this is rare it is a possible risk of shipping. We follow the guidelines of Reptiles Express when shipping. We will not ship over 90 degrees or below 40 degrees. We reserve the right to call off shipping at a moments notice if the weather isn't perfect. If your animal is DOA on the first delivery attempt a replacement of equal or lesser value will be offered if available after proof of the DOA is submitted. Proof of DOA must be submitted within 30 minutes after the initial delivery. Not responsible for DOA with failed delivery attempts by Fedex. In other words: you need to be home at the time of delivery. A refund will be issued if and only if you purchase insurance at the time your shipping label is created. That refund will come from Fedex or the shipping company. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Enigmas: We cannot guarantee that enigmas will never develop Enigma Syndrome. Shipping, ovulation, and other stress can sometimes trigger Enigma Syndrome (ES), sometimes it can show up for no reason at all. If an enigma is listed as having no symptoms of ES that means it has never shown any symptoms while in our care. All enigmas have a chance of presenting ES symptoms, there is no way to guarantee an enigma will never develop symptoms.
Axolotls: When available these can be shipped via USPS 2-3 days or via FedEx overnight. The price of the axolotl does not include shipping. Live arrival guarantee. Must be notified within 30 minutes of delivery. These will not be shipped in extreme temperatures and will only be shipped to legal states. No sales for axolotls in California, Hawaii, Maine, New Jersey, or Virginia. Know your state laws.
~All deposits are $50 with the remainder due when the animal hits shipping weight. For leopard geckos it is 15grams.
~All sales are final...in other words...no returns.
