Store Policy

Shipping to the continental United States is available and all animals are covered by our live arrival guarantee.

We guarantee the sex and genetics on all reptiles we sell and all animals will have had at least 3 consecutive meals on their own, at least 1 good shed, and considered by us to be thriving. If you notice any issues with your animal(s) within 24 hours of receiving them, please contact us immediately! We cannot guarantee the further health of these animals after this period has passed.

Payment is completed by either cash or PayPal transactions. We do not currently accept checks or any other payment types.
Payment plans can be discussed with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Your animal(s) will continue to get full care while the balance is being paid. If the animal is not completely paid off within the mutually agreed upon timeframe, I reserve the right to place the animal back up for sale. If you fail to pay off the balance before the animal is sold, you will be refunded all payment past the 25% deposit.
