TERMS AND SHIPPING
LIVE ARRIVAL
Royal Hijinx Pythons guarantees all specimens to arrive alive and healthy. All guarantees are provided that orders shipped to an airport or FedEx hub be picked up promptly, and someone is present to receive the package when shipped to your door. We do not guarantee live arrival on door-to-door shipments during extreme temperatures under 35 or over 95 degrees Fahrenheit unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure your shipment arrives healthy and safely. We use Ship Your Reptiles and will only ship on Monday thru Wednesday. Our preferred method of shipment is to drop ship to a Fedex depot near you. This ensures your ball pyhthon will not be riding around in a Fedex truck all day in 20F or 95F weather. But, home shipping is possible if someone will be available to receive the animal. Shipping as weather permits according to SYR guidelines. Full insurance is extra at $2.50/$100 purchase price from SYR. Local pickup is available at select shows in the Southeast, or in the Jacksonville, FL area. Free shipping on purchases over $500.
PROPERLY SEXED
All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We will only address an issue with an incorrectly sexed animal if it’s brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours all sales are final as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal(s) they have purchased.
PAYMENT
Customers must be 18 years old (or older). In the case of someone <18 years old, you must have proof of purchase permission from a legal guardian.
Royal Hijinx Pythons accepts cash, cashier checks, money orders, wire transfers, and Visa and Mastercard through Square. We generally no longer accept PayPal. Any attempts at fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
DEPOSITS
Royal Hijinx Pythons will accept a 20% deposit to place an animal on hold. That deposit is non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS
Royal Hijinx Pythons will do payment plans on orders totaling $500.00 or more.
To start the payment plan process, we require a minimum of 20% of the total price due as a down payment. After receiving the 20% down payment, we mark the animal(s) as sold and you make payments until it’s paid in full. You pay as you can until the animal is paid in full at which time we arrange shipping. We will never under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full. The payment plan duration is adjustable as every situation is unique. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on money collected throughout the payment plan. We will gladly extend you credit toward another animal we have for sale or future offspring.
DISCOUNTS
5% discount to all active Military, FF, EMT, LEO and any Registered Nurses. This cannot be combined with an existing discount of more than 5%.
Multi-animal and return customer discounts may also be available on a case by case basis.
Royal Hijinx Pythons, LLC reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason.
