Store Policy
General Guarantee
We guarantee all of our animals to be accurately represented, correctly sexed, healthy, eating, and free from mites or any outward signs of disease.
All animals are guaranteed to have taken at least three consecutive meals before leaving
If you are unsatisfied with your animal, contact must be made within 24 hours via e-mail or telephone and the animal must be received back within 5-7 business days using only reptile safe shipping methods. *Return shipping is the buyers sole responsibility, Royal Morphsss will not reimburse return shipping costs.
No cash refunds are given for returned animals, exchange or credit towards another animal to be used within a 24 month time period only
Payments/Payment Plans/Deposits/Refunds
Payments are accepted as Checks, Money Orders, Paypal, or all major Credit Cards. All payments must clear before shipping.
If you are NOT paying in full, a payment plan can be arranged. *See payment plans below for more information A 25% NON-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal.
Royal Morphsss reserves the right to cancel any sale prior to shipping for any reason. Should Royal Morphsss terminate the agreement all monies received towards the purchase of the animal including deposits will be refunded within 4-6 business days.
If buyer backs out of a transaction or fails to complete the agreed upon payment plan within the terms previously set forth Royal Morphsss offers NO cash refunds. Credit MAY be offered to buyer towards the purchase of another animal at seller's discretion.
Credit is good for a maximum of two years (48 months).
Depending on individual state laws, sales tax may be applicable.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered on an individual basis
All payment plans require a 25% NON-refundable deposit on all animals under $1,500 and a 40% NON-refundable deposit on animals over $1,500
Payment plans are offered at a MAXIMUM of 16 weeks after which time the animal is placed back on the market and all monies paid toward the purchase price are forfeit
No cash refunds; credit may be extended towards the purchase of another animal available at Royal Morphsss discretion
Credit is good for a maximum of two years (48 months)
Royal Morphsss will feed and maintain the animal in the appropriate environment for the duration of the payment plan at no additional charge to the buyer
Updates on held animals will be given on a weekly basis
Shipping and Receiving
Animals will be shipped via FedEx priority over-night delivery or Ship Your Reptiles unless otherwise discussed. Shipping costs vary but average between $50 and $75 dollars.
Animals are packed appropriately in a 3/4" Styrofoam lined box, new snake bag, packing material, and with either heat/cool packs.
We do not ship in temperatures below 40% F or above 90% F, we will hold onto all purchased animals with no additional charge to the buyer until weather permits shipping
We ship out Mondays-Wed. unless otherwise agreed upon
We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling by the carrier company
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
All packages must be received on the first delivery attempt
LIVE ARRIVAL is GUARANTEED as long as the above criteria have been met by all parties
If their is a problem we need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery
DOA's must be proven at time of delivery with a time stamped photo and the animal must be returned by buyer within 5-7 business days (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs) for a replacement or credit to be given.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
