We've been involved in the reptile industry for over three decades and started our reptile business back in 1996. We've worked with numerous species over the years but have mainly specialized in Australian lizards and ball pythons, having worked with balls for over 25 years.

TERMS OF SERVICE
1. PAYMENT - We accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Square, crypto, bank deposits, and electronic transfers. Cash or Zelle only for local pick-ups. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Any payment towards an order is an implied agreement to all the terms set forth herein and constitutes a good faith agreement of consent towards purchase. Please read all the terms and be in full acceptance prior to making payment.
2. SHIPPING - Shipping arrangements are scheduled once full payment is received and domestic shipments are via FedEx Priority Overnight. All specifics pertaining to arrival will be discussed prior to shipment. Immediately after shipment booking, the customer will be contacted with a tracking number. Due to occasional unforeseen delays, it is important to verify the arrival time of your shipment once it is in route. At the current time, all shipments will be hold for pick-up at a local FedEx Ship Center. Upon receipt of the shipment, you must immediately open the shipment to insure against theft or accidental death. If a problem arises, please notify us immediately.
3. ANIMAL GUARANTEE - Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 40°F-85°F at the destination location at the time of delivery. All animals will be healthy (to the best of our knowledge), feeding, and correctly sexed unless otherwise noted and agreed upon. If accurate sexing is not possible, all customers will be notified prior to payment. All animals are 100% guaranteed to the customers liking. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money. In the event of a refund request, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely ship the animal(s) back to us via FedEx Priority Overnight. Once the returned animal(s) arrives, a refund will be processed.
4. GENETICS GUARANTEE - We identify all snakes to the best of our ability but some multi-gene combos can be extremely difficult, or even impossible, to ID with 100% confidence. Please carefully inspect and/or research every purchase and be in agreement as to the genetics stated. If there is an issue regarding a snakes’ ID, we will work with you to remedy the situation. We do not offer refunds in these cases but will consider crediting in a reasonable manner.

5. PAYMENT PLANS - All payment plan deposits, and subsequent payments, are non-refundable. If a plan is not paid in full by the agreed upon expiration date, any balance paid can be used as credit toward another purchase. On payment plans, our 100% satisfaction guarantee is valid for credit only. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we must be notified immediately and a credit in the full amount of your purchase will be given toward another purchase upon return receipt of your order.
