Shipping policy
We will not ship if the temperature is 38F and below
We will not ship if temperature is above 100F
If temperature is 92F-100F then the animal will have to be shipped to a local Fedex ship center where it can be held for pick up.
Royal Serpent Works offers Live arrival insurance through (SYR) ship your reptile. “additional charges may be added”
Payments Plans
Deposits are nonrefundable and additional deposits may or may not be taken if failure to pay full invoice within agreed time period.
Royal Serpent works payment plans are as follows
Animals $125-$250 will require a 10% deposit and be payed within 30 days of deposit or the agreed time we have discussed
Animals $250-$500 will require a 25% deposit and be payed within 60 days of deposit or the agreed time we have discussed
Animals $500+ will require a 35% deposit and be payed within 90 days of deposit or the agreed time we have discussed
Royal Serpent Works understands that sometimes unexpected things can happen if this is the case and you feel you can not pay the full invoice by the agreed time Please communicate with us so we can work something out.
