We are a family owned and operated business based in Northern California and are very passionate about providing our customers with quality reptiles and excellent customer service.
Store Policy
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are available for any purchase over $1000.
A minimum initial non-refundable deposit totaling 25% of the full purchase price is required.
The maximum plan length is 90 calendar days (3 months) beginning the day the first payment is received.
All reptiles included in a payment plan will be shipped when payment has been received in full.
If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the reptile(s) agreed upon at the time of sale we will replace them with mutually acceptable replacement reptile(s) or refund 100% of any payments received. Weather may delay shipment.
What We Can Provide Prior to the Sale:
Information on feeding habits.
Photographs of the reptile(s). We will take as many pictures as you want (within reason) and send them to you via email
Lineage information.
Health:
Unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in advance (and in writing), we guarantee that all reptiles are healthy and feeding at the time of sale. At the buyer’s request, we are happy to provide a recent feeding video to demonstrate the reptile’s feeding response.
If you would like an animal to be inspected by a qualified veterinarian prior to the sale we will work with you to accommodate. However, any costs related to such a visit (including transportation, vet fees, etc.) are your responsibility.
Terms and Shipping:
We do not ship animals when the temperature is under 40 or over 95 degrees
We do not guarantee animals once they are in your care.
All sales are final.
We reserve the right to decline any order/request for sale.
We do not sell reptiles to persons under 18 years of age without written parental consent.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice due to a constantly fluctuating market. Reptiles shipped to CA destinations are subject to CA state sales tax. Tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item.
Payment:
We accept cash, USPS money order, and PayPal.
Shipping:
We ship our reptiles Priority Overnight from the Fed Ex hub located in Ukiah, CA, for a flat rate of $50.00
We use brand new heavily insulated boxes and ice or heat packs as needed. All reptiles will only be shipped weather permitting. If the reptile is dead on arrival we must be notified immediately.
Shipping is available only after having paid for an order in full.
Shipping days are Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting.
The legality of owning a reptile in your state and/or city is your responsibility, we encourage you to determine if owning a reptile in your area is within the law.
We are currently unable to ship animals internationally.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
