1. All animals are guaranteed healthy and feeding.
2. Snakeology guarantees live arrival as long as someone is there to receive the package on the first attempt. When shipped, a signature is required for delivery to ensure the snake is not left in extreme temperatures. The option of holding the animal at a FedEx hub is available. If you prefer this, you must specify this when we agree on the sale.
3. Snakeology guarantees the animal for 2 weeks after you receive it. If you have a problem with your reptile, you must notify within 24 hours. Snakeology will replace the reptile or refund money only after seeing proof (a photo and video of the deceased reptile and a vet report). Beyond the 2 week period, customers are responsible for the health of the reptile.
4. Payment is required in advance by PayPal, cashier's check or money order. Please contact me before you send payment on any animal to ensure it is still "in stock." Payment plans may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to set the terms and schedule of any such payment plans. Customer forfeits any and all deposit(s) should he/she fail to meet the payment deadlines set forth in the payment plan.
5. All animals are available on a first come, first served basis. Advanced reservations are accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Should buyer not fulfill his/her obligation, the animal will be re-advertised for sale. Deposit will not be returned. All customers with deposits will be notified first, followed by non-deposit customers. If we can not supply you with your order, your deposit will be refunded promptly.
6. All shipments are sent FedEx Priority Overnight.
7. The animal’s health and well being is our priority. We will not ship if conditions are deemed unsafe. We usually require temps between 60 and 95 degrees F at both origin, hub, and destination. We ship with heating/cooling packs as necessary. Snakeology is not responsible for delays or refusal of delivery by common carriers.
8. Animals advertised and sold here on the Internet are on a first come, first served basis. In other words, the first person to PAY for an animal IN FULL is the owner. The best way to inquire about an animal is to email me. The fastest way to pay me is with PayPal.
