Private message me for any inquiries! Please be prepared and send your zip code as well so that we can check your shipping rate and give you a price on your order!
Once you're ready to order, please send your info in the following order:
-Email address (you will receive a PayPal invoice to make your payment)
-Full name
-Phone number
Orders over $1000 get free shipping

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY
A minimum non-refundable deposit must be made.
(varies between animals and order size)
You will then have 30 days to pay your remaining balance due. To extend your payment plan, an addition fee of $50.00 will be applied to your order! (The additional fee gives you an extra 30 days)

*HATCHLING ORDERS
If you're purchasing a hatchling, please understand that we will NOT ship until they've had 3 consecutive meals! We like to ensure that our hatchlings are healthy and well started on feeding!
Hatchlings labeled: Well started, are ready to be shipped!

SHIPPING
All of Santana's Spectrum Reptiles™ shipments are packed to the highest standards in brand new boxes and snake bags. Boxes are insulated and may contain heat packs to compensate for cold weather when needed.
For the safety of the animal(s). I reserve the right to delay shipping during weather extremes!
I WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR LOCAL FEDEX HUB!
NO EXCEPTIONS!
I CANNOT GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL IF SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR!
We ship every Monday & Thursday via overnight FedEx. (Weekend delivery NOT available)
