Store Policy

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. If there is any problems please contact us within 24 hours of arrival.

Genetics:

We do are best to identify genetics in the animal listed. But with the amount of genes now in pairings it impossible to guarantee all the genes. Animals posted as Gravel, are from Super Gravels and guaranteed Gravel.

Payment Plans:

I require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold animal and then you will have 30, 60 or 90 days to pay off the remaining balance. Time period will depend on the amount of animal. This will be agreed upon by both parties (seller and buyer) before the payment plan begins.

Shipping:

Animals will be shipped with FedEx for next day delivery. We ship Tuesday & Wednesday excluding holidays which FedEx observes.   We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 40f degrees and below 89f degrees. If temperatures are beyond those limits we can possibly ship to the FedEx facility near your location or schedule shipment when the weather permits.

Live arrival guaranteed. We guarantee live arrival on all of our shipments and make sure that all snakes are properly shipped in appropriate packaging with heating or cooling elements.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your order is a legally binding contract. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to our terms of sale. You also acknowledge and agree to pay all expenses including legal fees, court costs, and attorney fees paid by the seller when attempting to collect on a breach of these terms. We are not responsible for customers that ignore our terms of sale.

1. No live arrival guarantee for shipments that are delayed or mishandled by the carrier or when the consignee is not available for first attempt delivery or customer (you) provides wrong address.
2. No live arrival guarantee on shipments traveling or destined to areas below 40(F) degrees or above 89(F) degrees.
3. No live arrival guarantee on shipments that are not picked up within (1) hour from when FedEx makes them available and picked up at your chosen FedEx express counter.
4. No live arrival guarantee on export orders being sent outside the United States.
5. All claims must be called in and returned within 24 hours of arrival at destination airport. If you are calling after hours or on weekends, please leave a message stating the exact nature of your claim. All claims must be accompanied by a digital photo showing the animals and our shipping box, shipping label, or airway bill.
6. All sales are final.
7. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. The purchaser agrees to pay all expenses, including legal expenses, court costs and attorney fees paid by the seller in endeavoring to collect these invoiced items. All amounts over 60 days shall be subject to a 5% monthly service charge.
9. Animals will ship when they are paid in full and weather permits safe shipping. Customer may hold an animal by paying a non-refundable deposit of 25% down with the balance due within 30, 60 or 90 days. If you fail to pay the balance prior to the expiration of the the agreed time period, we will keep your deposit.
