I have been keeping reptiles (mainly snakes) since I was a kid in the early 90's and continued my love of reptiles into adulthood! Quality ball pythons and boas are what I am for and genetics are chosen carefully for any animals I own. I test all incoming snakes for Nido as part of my QT process now as of 7/2023 to protect my collection as well as my buyers.
Store Policy
I require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold anything.
Guaranteed 100% Live arrival, Genetics, Sex, and Health (only genetic exception from guarantee are pos het animals)
I only ship Monday - Wednesday for next day arrival via Fedex at buyer expense (tbd at time of shipment or previously agreed)
Shipping to a FedEx Hub ONLY right now due to delays, weather etc
Must pick up the animal within 2 hours of arrival at FedEx Hub or any refunds/vet bills/partial refunds for issues will NOT be covered unless already discussed prior. Any issues with an animal MUST be photographed/videoed and explained on DAY of arrival or it will not be covered and any issues that arise past 1 week are also not covered. For returned animals they MUST be shipped back same day or the next to be considered for a full refund upon receiving them back.
Illness or death due to customer error or improper husbandry on buyer end are not covered and will not be refunded and proof of proper husbandry etc will be required for all cases.
Payment plans accepted but shipping is not included and there is a 25% non refundable deposit to hold the animal. I have the right to refund/refuse services for any reason in writing to buyer.
I do not sell to people under 18 years old and require proof of cage/proper setup and husbandry knowledge prior to purchase.
