You must be 18+ years old to purchase, or have parental approval. All animals must be paid for in full within 30 days of purchase with an initial nonrefundable 25% deposit, if the animal is not paid for in full by the end of the 30 days it will be placed back up for sale unless other arrangments have been made. If this happens or if you cancel the purchase, the amount you have paid won't be refunded, but counted towards store credit. We can hold an animal for up to 24 hours without a deposit, however if no deposit is sent within 24 hours the animal will continue to be advertised as available.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so if there's any unforseen issues please contact us immediately and we can work with you. We care deeply about all of our animals and reserve the right to refuse any sale if we feel they won't be cared for properly or to delay shipping if we feel the temperatures are too risky. When purchasing any of our animals, you are responsible for understanding the proper care for the animal you're inquiring about. Upon the animal's arrival, you must have a setup that meets the standards of their husbandry ready for the animal to be placed in. All animals up for sale are guaranteed to be healthy and accurately portrayed in the advertisement. Any abnormalities will be disclosed in the description and reflected in the price. We accept payment through PayPal.

All animals purchased ship FedEx Priority Overnight through Reptiles2You. We ship anywere in the US, Canada, and to Hamm, Germany as well as the Japan reptile show. Anywhere outside of those areas, you will need to have your own exporter and once your package arrives to said exporter we are not responsible for the animal. To guarantee live arrival, we will not ship if the temperature falls below 40 degrees Fahrenheit or rises above 85 degrees. Someone must be present and open the package immediately when it arrives, or we cannot guarantee live arrival.

If there is an issue with packaging and the animal is unwell or DOA, you must contact TGA Reptiles immediately with information and pictures. Our animals are guaranteed to be 100% healthy, if there's a problem when the animal arrives it will be due to mishandling at the shipping facility. If the animal is injured upon arrival, contact us and we will work out a plan that works for both parties. Please note that once the animal arrives, it will need time to adjust to its new surroundings and may not eat for a short while. This is nothing to worry about and your animal will resume eating once it feels comfortable. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location, but usually run between $40-$60 within the US. We ship Monday-Wednesday, please allow 48 hours to process and plan the shipment.
