We are a small business that is based in Washington State. We have been breeding and caring for reptiles for almost 10 years. We pride ourselves on the health and quality of the animals that we sell.
Store Policy
Buyer pays exact shipping and animal must be paid for in full before it is shipped. All animals are healthy and eating when shipped. No returns on animals. A non refundable 50% down payment required if plan is worked out.
Animals will only be shipped when temperatures are above 40 degrees and under 90 degrees.
We are not responsible if an animal isn't on delivered the next day and is held over at a FedEx hub.
We strongly recommend that all animals are held for pickup by you at the closest FedEx ship center to you. If you choose to have an animal shipped to you personally, then it must be shipped to your physical address. No PO Box. If you want insurance on your animal during shipping then you must pay the cost for that insurance. If your animal is dead on arrival then a pictures or a video of you unboxing the animal and the animal is visually dead and you were at your physically address and recieved the package from the delivery driver or you picked the animal up you have 30 minutes from that time to show us your evidence to get your money for the animal refunded not the shipping cost that is paid to FedEx not us. If animal is held by FedEx due to something that would cause your animal to not be delivered the next day. Then DOA is no longer available by us. It is not our fault for your animal being held up. That is part of the risk of shipping animals especially in the winter months. We do ship animals with a 40hr. Uniheat pack in the winter months and cold pack in the summer to keep your animal as comfortable as possible. If you are at fault for any reason for the animal to be lost, hurt or DOA, we will not give you a refund. Shipping is done Monday - Wednesday during the winter months, and Monday - Thursday during Summer. We have every right at any time to decide not to sell you an animal at that time you will receive a full refund and be blocked from all future dealing with us.
