Store Policy
Payment accepted via Paypal or credit card over the phone. We do not ship internationally. Health certificates for states that require them are $20 (ID, UT, OH, GA, HI). Shipping is scheduled based on temperatures at the destination.
We ship once per week on Tuesdays unless special arrangements have been made. We will not be able to ship if temperatures are over 100 degrees or under 20 degrees since the welfare of the animal is our top priority. Animals must be shipped to buyer within 7 business days of purchase unless weather is prohibiting shipment.
We do not accept payment plans or deposits. We will not hold snakes for any length of time. All animals are sold on a first come, first served basis.
