Payments through Paypal only. Buyer's shipping address MUST match that on their Paypal.
All animals shipped are in good health without illness or parasites, having eaten at least four (4) consecutive meals without assistance.
Full refunds will be issued upon accidental death of the animal during transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide video and photographic evidence of death within 12 hours of receiving the animal.
Full or partial refunds are available if the animal received does not have the sex/genetics previously agreed upon. If the animal received is not the one anticipated, full refunds will only be completed if the animal is sent back to the seller. Partial refunds available as determined by seller if buyer would like to keep the animal. For axanthics, please contact the seller immediately, but expect to wait until the snake completes a shed cycle to evaluate because this morph darkens before going into shed.
If the animal is received with an illness, it is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain documentation of the illness from a certified reptile veterinarian within 3 days of receiving the animal. Full refunds or partial refunds available at seller’s discretion.
