We've used email for our inquiry system from the beginning so you don't have to manage yet another way of talking people. But the downside is that messages can sometimes be accidentally lost, overlooked, filtered or blocked.
Now, you and those you're talking with can have both the convenience of email and the reliability being able to double-check your messages on our website. (The ability to create messages from the website is coming soon.)
