Morelia viridis are an arboreal species of python. They make great display animals -- there's something beautiful about seeing one perched on a branch. Hatchlings begin in bright yellows and reds before maturing into shades of green. As they can be a bit feisty, it's best to have some prior snake handling experience before caring for one.
