We require a 25% non refundable deposit to hold any animal. All animals must be paid for in full prior to leaving us. Short term payment plans available on animals over £200 with initial 25% non refundable deposit and the remaining balance split over a 3 month period. Tailored payment plans can be arranged, the terms of which must be set prior to any deposits being taken and we reserve the right to withdraw from the agreement if you fail to adhere to the agreed terms.
Payments accepted via PayPal or Bank transfer.
Collection and Delivery:
Delivery in person may be possible in and around Greater Manchester. Where this is not possible we are happy to arrange a courier at buyers expense, alternatively buyers can arrange the courier service by contacting a reputable reptile courier.
The animal you see in the photo is the animal you will receive. We guarantee the sex, genetics, health and weight of each animal listed and all animals will come with up to date feeding, shedding and weight records.
For animals delivered or collected in person you will be asked to check the animal over to ensure you are happy with the animal you have purchased. Animals collected by a reputable courier will be checked by the driver before being placed onboard the van to ensure it is in good health and fit to travel.
*PLEASE NOTE* We recommend that you check and weigh your new animal upon receipt as you will have a 24 hour claim period in which to contact us for a full or partial refund if you believe that there is an issue that we are at fault for; such as incorrect ID, sex or the animal being below the specified weight advertised. Proof of any issues will be required prior to a refund being granted and if a full refund is requested then we will require the animal to be returned to us before the refund will be issued. We can not be held responsible for any issues that may arise whilst your animal is in the care of the courier and would urge you to contact the courier directly if you have any concerns.
In relation to the ongoing care of your animal, we are happy to answer any questions, offer advice and most importantly receive updates on how they are doing in their new homes.
