About
12 mile reptile is just a small operation ran by me and my wife danielle. We own a couple furniture stores but our love is at home in the reptile room or the rat trailer. We do not wholesale animals. We only breed what we are trying to make and we only sell what we produce. We want all of our animals going to homes that have proper husbandry and an owner who looks at this animal as a lifetime friend.
Store Policy
Store policy: we accept cash, card, and PayPal. All orders must be paid in full before the animal can ship. We guarantee all animals shipped to be in good health and as described. We guarantee the animal to be the labeled sex.
We ask that any claims or disputes be brought to our attention by phone or email within 1hour of the confirmed delivery time. If there is an issue upon delivery please take pictures and or video and let me know immediately. We offer 100% live arrival guarantee so long as buyer is home on delivery or picks animal up immediately from the hub and contacts us within one hour of delivery with any problems .
We can do payment plans on any animal over $500 . We will need a 20% non refundable deposit and will take payments for 30 days. If you can not finish the plan or if something comes up then we can refund all funds payed after the 20%. We will work with you under certain circumstances but will not just stretch plans out for no reason. Any extensions will be at my discretion.
Genetics: All recessives and 100% hets are 100% guaranteed to be true. In multi gene animals we will try diligently to identify as accurate as possible and will ask other breeders and groups to help identify any animals that we aren’t completely sure on. With the amount of genes and combos out there we can not 100% guarantee the accuracy of non recessive genes and combos but we will label them to the best of our knowledge and ask for input as well. We will provide plenty of photos and answer any questions and provide pairing info for all animals. If we feel a customer was wronged and a more valuable gene isn’t actually present then we will most certainly make it right with the customer. We will never intentionally label any animal wrong to get a higher price and want all of our customers to be happy with every animal they receive from us .
Shipping. We ship with reptile express and will ship all snakes priority over night. We will only ship during safe weather at both our location and yours. We will ship Monday’s and Tuesday’s only to try and avoid delays but delays can still happen. We can ship to homes as well as to your local hub. Please be home upon delivery so the snakes aren’t sitting outside in a box any longer than they need to be.
We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone who we feel is not capable of taking care of said animal or who we feel may be purchasing animals for the wrong reasons.
