Store Policy
SHIPPING:
All animals will be shipped by FedEx (Reptiles2You) overnight express on a date agreed upon, weather permitting.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
I guarantee live arrival but you must be there to sign for the package on the FIRST delivery attempt and notify us IMMEDIATELY of its arrival and condition. If a snake arrives DOA on the first delivery attempt we will reimburse the cost of the animal except for the shipping. Proof of DOA will be required. NOTE: Live arrival guarantee is void if you provided me with incorrect shipping information. Please carefully provide me with your complete and correct shipping information.
ANIMAL GUARANTEE:
I guarantee all animals to arrive in good health. I must be notified immediately if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase so that arrangements can be made, a credit for future offspring may be considered. No returns or cash refunds. Shipping is non-refundable.
DEPOSITS:
I require an agreed upon deposit to hold an animal that is $500 or more, up to (30 - 60 days). ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTION:
Payment plans are an option on most snakes. Once a deposit has been made the animal will be marked on HOLD. Animals will be fed and maintained as usual at no charge to the customer until it is ready to ship to you. If for whatever reason the customer cannot complete the payment plan as agreed any money over the deposit amount can be marked as a credit to be used on a future purchase on one of our animals. Payment plans cannot be open ended, there must be an agreed upon date that the animal will be paid in full. Failure to complete a purchase by the agreed date will forfeit the deposit.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made thru PayPal or Venmo.
CARE AFTER ARRIVAL:
I can not control nor can I be responsible for any environmental conditions that may affect the eating habits or health of your animal after it has been in your care.
By purchasing an animal you agree to all of the above terms.
