About
40 Below Reptiles is located just 200 miles south of the Arctic Circle in beautiful Fairbanks, Alaska! I'm Kevin Lankford and the owner of 40 Below Reptiles. I have cerebral palsy, a M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and am in private practice as a Licensed Psychological Associate. I've been keeping and raising snakes since I was 15 (over 40 years); i.e., Boa Constrictors, Burmese Pythons, Reticulated Pythons, Green Anacondas, and an Albino Alligator.
My wife, Alison, and I brought the first albino alligator to Alaska in August 2018 and produced the first litter of 30 baby green anacondas (2nd generation CBB) in the subarctic of Alaska in October 2019! Store Policy
I offer free shipping through Ship Your Reptiles (SYR) Priority OvernightOn Tuesdays and Wednesdays-- to your nearest FedEx hub, not a shipping store since shipping to your front door is not recommended by SYR due to delay in getting the animal to you as expeditiously and safely as possible. Therefore, we will ship only when SYR's website deems it safe to ship. The animal(s) is guaranteed to arrive healthy and be an established eater. The sex of the animal is NOT 100% guaranteed but is made with an extremely high rate of confidence. If an animal is DOA, the Buyer must inform this Seller within 1 hour of scheduled arrival via text (907-460-7330) and photographic proof of death to [email protected]. If the DOA is determined to be due to negligence on the part of 40 Below Reptiles, the Buyer will receive a suitable replacement animal or store credit for a future animal. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS!
