We have a large variety of reptiles, invertebrates, and other insects.
Store Policy
We ship Monday-Wednesday domestic priority overnight shipping to your closest FedEx hub. We can ship during the winter months when temperatures at both our location and the buyer's location are suitable and both parties agree it is safe to ship. If weather does not allow for an animal to be shipped once it has been paid in full, we will continue to hold and care for the animal until both parties agree the weather is safe enough to ship. Local pickup and show pickups are also available.
We do offer a 30 day payment plan and require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold any animal. If the animal is not paid in full within 30 days, we will refund any money over the 25% deposit that has been paid and will re-list the animal for sale.
We guarantee live arrival of our animals. If you receive an animal that is DOA, you MUST contact us within 1 hour of pickup and be able to provide as many photos and/or video evidence that we may request. We would also love to hear from you after you receive your animal to let us know they arrived safely! (This isn't a requirement, but we care a lot about our animals and it makes us happy to know when they arrive!)
We cannot be held accountable if a gecko drops its tail during shipping or if a snake refuses to eat while in your care. We ensure that our animals are established eaters before listing them for sale. We do our best to accurately sex our animals to the best of our ability however, we do not guarantee the sex unless they are proven.
If you have any questions before or after you purchase an animal from us, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are passionate about our animals and want to make sure they will go to a good home and we reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. We will not sell an animal to anyone under 18 years of age.
